, : The clinical picture and pathogenesis of experimental Delafondia infection. Vestnik Sel' skokhozyaistvennoi Nauki Kazakhstana Kazakstan Auyl Sharushylyk Gylymynyn Habarshysy (8): 88-94

The clinical signs and pathology of experimental Delafondia infection in foals are described. Rises in temperature were found to correspond with the time of larval penetration. Delafondia developed to maturity in the foals in 5 to 8 months and survived for 18 months.
