The nature of antigens detectable in cross reactions by antisera to antigens of milk from patients with mammary gland carcinoma and to oncornavirus D type isolated from HEp-2 cells

, : The nature of antigens detectable in cross reactions by antisera to antigens of milk from patients with mammary gland carcinoma and to oncornavirus D type isolated from HEp-2 cells. Voprosy Virusologii (5): 533-536

Antigens in milk from normal women and from patients with mammary gland carcinoma and antigens of D type virus from HEp-2 cells were studied by means of gel microprecipitation and indirect immunofluorescence (IF) tests. An antiserum to HEp-2 virus precipitated antigens in some milk specimens from cancer patients. However their precipitation line was not identical to that of the test-system for group-specific antigens of HEp-2 virus.
