Tissue culture of Matricaria chamomilla

, : Tissue culture of Matricaria chamomilla. Fiziologiya Rastenii 24(4): 832-840

Studies were carried out on root, stem and flower callus tissues cultured on Murashige and Skoog medium + 2,4-D, kinetin and/or coconut milk. Optimum tissue growth was obtained with 2,4-D at 1 mg/l + kinetin at 1 mg/l or on coconut milk alone. Growth substances + coconut milk inhibited tissue growth.
