Vertical and horizontal mobility of co-operative leaders

, : Vertical and horizontal mobility of co-operative leaders. Szociologia (3): 420-429

An analysis of a group of co-operative leaders (higher economic managers) is used to examine the mechanism of becoming a leader and the vertical and horizontal mobility of leaders. Vertical mobility was examined within and between generations. Mobility within place of work and in relation to place of residence was also observed. Horizontal mobility did not always follow vertical mobility, but both are closely correlated.
