Bond graphs applied to a load sensing cylinder

, : Bond graphs applied to a load sensing cylinder. Transactions of the ASAE 21(2): 267-270

The use of power bond graphs to predict system dynamics based on power flow through pressurized components is described. The bond graph is a diagram showing the system elements and connections and can be re-used each time the component is involved in a new design; the functional form of the required modelling equations becomes clear but computerized solution may be accomplished without deriving them, as direct access between bond graph and computer is possible with a special program.
