Effects of mefluidide and MH on tall fescue

, : Effects of mefluidide and MH on tall fescue. Proceedings, Northeastern Weed Science Society (Volume 33): 320-323

Mefluidide granular at 0.56-1.12 kg and liquid 0.28 kg and maleic hydrazide 2.24 kg/ha were applied to tall fescue (Festuca arundinacea) to evaluate growth retardation and injury. All treated turf was shorter than untreated, with the high rate of granular mefluidide and the liquid mefluidide causing more retardation than maleic hydrazide. All treatments caused colour losses with the liquid formulation of mefluidide causing the most loss.
