Hygienic evaluation of foods from the standpoint of their contamination with harmful metals. II. Pb, Cd, Zn and Cu in 20 staple foods

, : Hygienic evaluation of foods from the standpoint of their contamination with harmful metals. II. Pb, Cd, Zn and Cu in 20 staple foods. Roczniki Panstwowego Zakladu Higieny 29(6): 611-626

During 1973-1974, contents of the title metals were determined in retail samples of foods including liquid and dried milks and twarog (cheese). Additionally, some samples were also analysed in 1976, and a comparison was made of all the results to determine whether regional differences and time of sampling were important. Analyses were made by AAS and colorimetry, and results are tabulated in detail.
