Endogenous forms of Isospora felis within the epithelial cells of the small intestine of the cat were situated within a parasitophorous vacuole which was limited by a multimembranous wall. The ultrastructural features of microgametogenesis were studied 8 days after infection. Ultrastructural changes occurring during macrogametogenesis were studied in the small intestine of the cat at 8 and 9 days after infection.
