Mechanisation needs and problems of small farms in Nigeria

, : Mechanisation needs and problems of small farms in Nigeria. World Crops 32(2): 13-16

The obstacles to mechanization are the resignation of farmers to the inadequacy of government help; the unrealistic nature of that help; the small farm size and obstructions in the fields; the belief that mechanization means merely the adoption of tractors.
