New methods for constructing buildings with high structural and physical requirements

, : New methods for constructing buildings with high structural and physical requirements. Temperatur Technik 16(3): 109-111

The article deals first with the customary construction methods used for the building of slaughter houses and meat processing plants, dairy factories (for milk, butter, cheese and special products), fruit and vegetable stores, and cold and deep-cold stores. It then outlines new construction techniques for air-conditioned buildings, using the concrete sandwich system in which the load-carrying structure, insulation, vapour barrier and weather protection are completely integrated.
