A histochemical study of certain dehydrogenases in the muscular tissue of Musca domestica in the process of metamorphosis

, : A histochemical study of certain dehydrogenases in the muscular tissue of Musca domestica in the process of metamorphosis. Doklady Bolgarskoi Akademii Nauk 32(3): 381-382

The authors investigated cytochemically the activity of isocitrate dehydrogenase, as an enzyme participating in the tricarboxylic acid cycle, and glucose-6-phosphate dehydrogenase, as an enzyme of the phosphogluconate route of glucose breakdown in the muscle tissue of Musca domestica L. during development.
