The author describes the way in which insect enemies are being reared in a biolaboratory on a collective farm (kolkhoz) in the Charazhousk region of the USSR. The first parasites to be reared were Trichogramma and Bracon (Habrobracon), which were introduced from Tadzhikistan in 1976.
