, : A leaf dip method for routine identification of plant viruses using the latex agglutination test. Biologia Plantarum 22(3): 237-238

Small pieces of leaf or stem were soaked in water, buffer or directly in a drop of antiserum. Following reaction with the antiserum, virus particles were detected visually by agglutination.
