A legal approach for the solution to problems of over-exploitation of aquifers in Spain

, : A legal approach for the solution to problems of over-exploitation of aquifers in Spain. Revista de Estudios Agro Sociales (111): 123-165

The need to control abuse of subterranean waters in Spain in order to protect irrigated land is discussed.
