A method of predicting heat supply during the vegetative growth period of cotton in Turkmenia in relation to changes in air temp. above 10 deg C, a method for predicting yield of cotton in relation to the coeff. of utilization of heat resources and a method of long-term prediction of the duration of vegetative growth in relation to the duration of the sowing-seedling period, are described.
