Details are given of a system devised by the Budapest Dairy Enterprise for comparing the quality of production at its 4 dairies. The quality of each product is graded on a 4-point scale, with a max. of 1 point each for organoleptic characteristics, composition, accuracy of wt., and quality of packaging and labelling.
