A method for holding small populations of Gambusia affinis holbrooki Girard

, : A method for holding small populations of Gambusia affinis holbrooki Girard. Mosquito News 40(4): 628-629

The use is described of bathtubs measuring 1.5 X 0.6 m containing 0.3 m3 water at East Flagler, Florida to maintain groups of mosquito fish (Gambusia affinis) for 2-3 months in readiness for the biological control of any breeding populations of mosquitoes found in the district.
