A method for testing red clover with spores of Kabatiella caulivora

, : A method for testing red clover with spores of Kabatiella caulivora. Biuletyn Instytutu Hodowli i Aklimatyzacji Roslin (142): 29

Young plants at the rosette stage of development are sprayed with a spore suspension of the pathogen and, after 18-20 days under controlled conditions of light, temperature and humidity, infected plants are discarded. After the reinoculation of the symptom-free plants, those which still remain healthy are planted out for seed production. Their progenies may be tested in the following year.
