A method of detecting antagonistic activity towards Graphium ulmi Schwarz in elm branches treated with carbendazim and thiabendazole

, : A method of detecting antagonistic activity towards Graphium ulmi Schwarz in elm branches treated with carbendazim and thiabendazole. Phytiatrie Phytopharmacie 28(4): 227-235

Spores of G. ulmi were sprayed on an agar medium containing fragments of branches split longitudinally. Min. concs. detected were c. 2 p.p.m. for carbendazim and c. 5 p.p.m. for thiabendazole. Inhibition zones were practically a linear function of the log conc., so that activities could be compared.
