A method of multiplication of potato seed tubers is described. Tubers are kept in a warm enviroment until the 1st signs of sprouting initiation appear. The excised eyes with 8-10 g of tuber tissue are cultured in peat for 3-4 wk and the seedlings are transplanted in the field.
