A cheese containing fat with a high proportion of polyunsaturated fatty acids is made from milk (cows', goats', ewes', buffaloes') which has been separated to remove at least some butterfat, and then blended with 0.3-130 g/l vegetable oil or fat, containing large amounts of polyunsaturated fatty acids.
