A method of producing lines of castor oil plant with high resistance to Fusarium

, : A method of producing lines of castor oil plant with high resistance to Fusarium. Byul NTI po maslich kul' turam (2): 28-32

The method described involves selecting plants unaffected by F. oxysporum under conditions of severe infection followed by selfing for 3-6 generations. Lines homozygous for resistance were obtained by the I3. Selection of tolerant plants was not as effective as selection of healthy plants for the production of resistant lines.
