A method of storage and rapid retrieval of soil survey data

, : A method of storage and rapid retrieval of soil survey data. Australian Geographer 14(1): 41-43

A method by which soil survey data can be stored and readily retrieved is described. The advantages of this method over the traditional technique of preparing maps from soil survey data are indicated. The technique is of particular use for permanent irrigated horticultural crops, where new decisions on land use may be made at intervals of several decades.
