, : A method of storing a collection of virus-free potato. Byulleten' Vsesoyuznogo Nauchno Issledovatel' skogo Instituta Rastenievodstva imeni N I Vavilova (114): 56-58

Healthy cuttings obtained by heat treatment and apical meristem culture were planted in Murashige-Skira's modified medium containing 3.5% saccharose and kept under an illumination of 3500 lux for 10 h/day at 25 deg -27 deg C by day and 16 deg -18 deg by night. After 3 months firm tubercles 8 mm diam. with a tight dark green skin were selected and placed 10 each in sterile test tubes, which were then tightly corked and kept in a refrigerator at 2 deg -5 deg and RH 95% (max.).
