A study of the variability of quantitative characters in pea with the aim of determining sample size

, : A study of the variability of quantitative characters in pea with the aim of determining sample size. Selektsiya i semenovod zern i kormov kul' tur na Donu: 55-59

In 13 varieties differing in yield, earliness and height, the greatest variation was observed in number of pods, number of seeds per plant and number of seeds per pod, and the least variation in stem length, number of sterile nodes and total number of internodes. The greatest overall variation in the characters studied was observed in the late long-stemmed varieties Gor'kovskii 186 and Zernograd 9.
