Anthocyanin pigments of the black cherry

, : Anthocyanin pigments of the black cherry. Acta Alimentaria 9(4): 335-340

Pigments from the short-stemmed black cherry Szomolya were analysed chromatographically. The two major components, making up 93% of the total, were cyanidin-3-(p-coumaroyl)-glucoside and cyanidin-3-(p-coumaryl)-rhamnoglucoside.
