, : Cultivation and importance of Valeriana wallichii in the hills of Uttar Pradesh. Indian Drugs 18(11): 393-395

V. wallichii was grown experimentally at Seoni (1500 m) and Chaubattia (2150 m) during 1975-78. Cultivation was possible even at 2700 m in the Himalayas. V. wallichii could also be grown as an intercrop in apple orchards.
