Effect of indolylacetic acid and 2,4,5-T on the germination of pollen grains of five apple cultivars

, : Effect of indolylacetic acid and 2,4,5-T on the germination of pollen grains of five apple cultivars. Lucrari Stiintifice, Institutul Agronomic "Ion Ionescu de la Brad", Iasi, Horticultura 23: 59-60

Pollen of 5 apple cvs was germinated on 15% sucrose solution with or without IAA or 2,4,5-T each at 10-3, 10-4 or 10-5. Data are tabulated on the percentage of pollen germination and the length of pollen tube 24 h after treatment.
