, : Evaluation of large-scale seed cleaning compared with laboratory cleaners. Biuletyn Instytutu Hodowli i Aklimatyzacji Roslin (135): 143-150

An overall total of 166 seed lots of red clover, Ornithopus sativus, Vicia faba, peas V. sativa, winter rape, grass spp., oats, spring barley, wheat and rye were cleaned by 3 different methods in the laboratory and the results compared with those obtained from large-scale cleaning. The cleaning efficiency of the laboratory method based on biometric measurements of the seeds was higher than that of large-scale cleaning but the other 2 laboratory methods were inferior.
