Liming effect of phosphorus fertilizers

, : Liming effect of phosphorus fertilizers. Zeitschrift fur Pflanzenernahrung und Bodenkunde 144(5): 441-455

In model, pot and long-term field experiments the liming effect of five phosphorus fertilizers was investigated from the changes observed in pH and base saturation of the soil. In contrast to basic slag and Rhenania phosphate the liming effect of hyperphos (soft rock phosphate) was small; superphosphate and Novaphos (partly water-soluble phosphate) showed an acid reaction.
