Mechanisms in the in vivo release of lymphokines. 1. Comparative kinetics in the release of six lymphokines in inbred strains of mice

, : Mechanisms in the in vivo release of lymphokines. 1. Comparative kinetics in the release of six lymphokines in inbred strains of mice. Cellular Immunology 64(2): 203-219

Lymphokines were detected in the sera of 16 strains of inbred mice sensitised intravenously with cell walls of Mycobacterium bovis strain BCG, and subsequently challenged intravenously with tuberculin. Variations occurred between the strains in the types and quantities of 6 lymphokines studied.
