Hotels, motels, and restaurants: valuations and market studies

, : Hotels, motels, and restaurants: valuations and market studies. Hotels, motels, and restaurants: valuations and market studies: 280

A logical procedure for gathering and processing data into estimates of market value is presented. Chapter one provides an overview of the hotel-motel industry in the USA. A case study, based on a proposed lodging facility with no operating history, is used in Chapters two, three and six to demonstrate various market analysis techniques. Chapter four covers hotels and motels as investment, while Chapter five outlines methods for assessing market value and valuation processes.
