, : Pathology of stachybotriomycosis in unweaned calves. Veterinarnomeditsinski Nauki 21(7/8): 49-56

On one Bulgarian farm, 2 calves died and 22 had to be emergency slaughtered between January and March 1979. Pathological examination of 8 cases revealed numerous haemorrhages in various tissues, ulcerative and erosive colitis, swollen mesenteric lymph nodes, and in some cases necrotic stomatitis, jaundice and perirenal oedema. There was histological evidence of focal, haemorrhagic glomerulonephritis.
