Tissue analysis of sugarcane - a comparison of the DRIS and crop logging methods

, : Tissue analysis of sugarcane - a comparison of the DRIS and crop logging methods. Hawaiian Sugar Technologists 1982 reports: 46-50

No single method of interpreting tissue analysis data provided the greatest accuracy for every nutrient. The Clements' crop log system was best for N whereas DRIS was best for predicting Ca deficiency. A locally calibrated crop log critical level was best for K whereas Bowen's modified critical level for S also gave good results.
