, : A simple, sensitive thin layer chromatographic method for the detection of phosmethylan in biological samples. Hungarian Journal of Industrial Chemistry 12(4): 417-424

The insecticide fosmethilan, used in sheep dips, was extracted from homogenized ewes' milk into 95% ethanol (in the presence of sodium oxalate) and then into diethyl ether + hexane (efficiency of extraction 80-95%). Extraction of liver and mutton was with hexane/acetone (1:1).
