A study of interaction of additive, dominance and epistatic gene effects with micro- and macro-environments in two tomato triple test crosses

, : A study of interaction of additive, dominance and epistatic gene effects with micro- and macro-environments in two tomato triple test crosses. Journal of Agricultural Science, UK 103(1): 53-57

Twenty plants randomly selected from the 2 F2s from the crosses S120 X EC61747 and EC31513 X Pusa Ruby were backcrossed to their corresponding parents (P1 and P2) and F1 (P1 X P2) to give 120 families. The 60 families from each cross were grown in completely randomized blocks in 2 replications with 2 levels of fertilizer application.

HIV-1 Tat binds human CyclinT1 and recruits the CDK9/P-TEFb complex to the viral TAR RNA in a step that links RNA polymerase II (RNAPII) C-terminal domain (CTD) Ser 2 phosphorylation with transcription elongation. Previous studies have suggested a...

Microarray studies of kidney transplant biopsies provide an opportunity to define the molecular phenotype. Bone marrow (BM)-derived endothelial progenitor cells (EPC) promote tissue healing and angiogenesis, whereas altered EPC biology may favour diabetic complications.
