B group vitamins and ascorbic acid in the metabolism of grape hybrids contrasting in a combination of characters

, : B group vitamins and ascorbic acid in the metabolism of grape hybrids contrasting in a combination of characters. Sel' skokhozyaistvennaya Biologiya (4): 60-63

In a study of the vegetative and reproductive organs of 12 varieties and their hybrids differing in sugar content of the berries, high-sugar forms had a higher content of myoinositol (vitamin B8) in the leaves, inflorescences and berries than low-sugar forms. A correlation was found between contents of myoinositol in the leaves and pigments in the fruit skin and juice.
