Mobilization of personal savings for agricultural and rural development in Africa

, : Mobilization of personal savings for agricultural and rural development in Africa. Mondes en Developpement 13(50-51): 275-291

Deposit mobilization would also have an educational impact on rural people's behaviour and facilitate the changeover from a subsistence to a market ecomomy.
