T. garhwaliensis n.sp., from around the roots of Pinus sp. from India, is described and illustrated. It differs from T. nothus in having a differently shaped lip region and tail, longer odontostyle (15-16 micro m), shorter tail (15-17 micro m) and in the number and arrangement of ventromedian supplements (10 closely spaced supplements).
