For 26 Russian Longwool (LW), and 28 Lincoln Longwool X RL lambs, the interval from birth to standing position averaged 27 and 21 min resp., from birth to first move 30 and 26 min, and from birth to sucking 37 and 35 min. For lambs, similar intervals were 25 and 23 min, 29 and 26 min, and 34 and 31 min. For single and twin lambs, similar intervals were 28 and 21 min, 32 and 24 min, and 39 and 34 min.
