Organ and plasma distribution pattern of enzymes in rainbow trout

, : Organ and plasma distribution pattern of enzymes in rainbow trout. Journal of Veterinary Medicine, A Animal Physiology, Pathology and Clinical Veterinary Medicine 34(5): 393-400

The tissue distribution pattern of 10 enzymes commonly used for diagnostic purposes was investigated in the trout. Creatine kinase, fructose-diphosphate aldolase, glutamate dehydrogenase and iditol or sorbitol dehydrogenase (SDH) exhibited a similar tissue distribution pattern and organ specificity to that commonly found in mammalian and bird species.
