Edwall spring wheat

, : Edwall spring wheat. Extension Bulletin, Cooperative Extension, College of Agriculture, Washington State University (1483): 2

Edwall, selected from Potam 70 X Fielder, is a semidwarf soft white spring wheat variety developed for production in eastern Washington. It has outyielded other soft white spring wheats in most Washington trials. It is similar to Owens and Waverly in maturity and bushel weight and has good resistance to lodging under conditions of high productivity. Edwall has high tolerance of Al-induced soil acidity.
