Eight groups of Mongolian pheasants, each comprising 6 and 1 were randomly assigned to 3 treatments, or were untreated (controls). GnRH (2.5 micro g) was given in Feb. every 8 h as follows: (1) to for 7 days; (2) to and for 7 days; (2) to and for 14 days. Performance was recorded in Mar.-June.
