Presence of race 2 of Verticillium dahliae on tomato cultivars in Latium

, : Presence of race 2 of Verticillium dahliae on tomato cultivars in Latium. Annali dell' Istituto Sperimentale per la Patologia Vegetale 11: 99-105

Wilt symptoms of varying severity and vascular discoloration of the stem were observed on 10 cultivars, some with the Ve gene for resistance. Isolates of V. dahliae from Intermac (with Ve) caused wilt symptoms on cultivars resistant or susceptible to race 1 of the fungus and V. dahliae was reisolated.
