The volume contains 17 papers on price theory and price reform in Soviet agriculture. The articles, which are all based on data from the year 1990, describe and analyse the regulation of price formation at that time, analyse and criticize their effects and make proposals for reform. This reform must be comprehensive, that is to say, it must cover prices for agricultural products and food as well as farm inputs.
