Studies about the resistance of poplar species, cultivars and clones to Phloeomyzus passerinii Sing. (Hom. Aphididae)

, : Studies about the resistance of poplar species, cultivars and clones to Phloeomyzus passerinii Sing. (Hom. Aphididae). Proceedings Working Party on Insects and Other Animal Pests, FAO International Poplar Commission (35): 47-68

The resistance of several clones and cultivars of Populus spp. to Phloeomyzus passerinii was studied in Iran. Brief notes are given on the biology of Populus nigra, P. alba, P. euphratica, P. caspica, P. deltoides and P. euramericana The degree of susceptibility of Populus species and cultivars is indicated.
