Trends of relief changes in an afforested loess gully

, : Trends of relief changes in an afforested loess gully. Pamietnik Puawski ( 95): 9-19

The changes of relief in a loess gully following afforestation were studied using Bac's method. This consists of the comparison of results of two geodesic measurements of the same objects over a defined time interval. The levelling measurements of the gully bottom (a longitudinal section) and the measurements of the size of the vertical loess walls within slopes of the gully were performed during afforestation and ten years later. The forest stand during the second measurements was continuous.
