Agrarian reform in Russia: some principal considerations

, : Agrarian reform in Russia: some principal considerations. Rossiiskii Ekonomicheskii Zhurnal ( 8): 73-80

As a result of mistaken policies in the past, the situation of Russian agriculture is now very bad. The policy of the current government is, however, making it worse rather than better. For example, only a part of the funds which Parliament has voted for agriculture have actually been used; and it is directed that all state and collective farms should be wound up within a period of six months.

Cortical pigment granules were counted in cross sections of 30 hairs collected from the occipital region of each of 86 males, 20-30 years of age, of whom 19 were Negroid, 26 Asiatic Indian, 21 Western European, and 20 Chinese. Granules were counte...

The 2 preparations could replace phosphamid [dimethoate] and carbofos.
