The studies were carried out in sows which had farrowed once or twice (FK, n=10), as well as more than 4 times (IK, n=10) and their offspring in 3 Hungarian and 3 Dutch pig herds. Infection of nasal mucosa, as well as the specific B. bronchiseptica (Bb) agglutinin content of blood serum was investigated in the sows.
