Effect of some parameters on estimating f.p. of milk with Cryostar II-LC

, : Effect of some parameters on estimating f.p. of milk with Cryostar II-LC. DMZ, Lebensmittelindustrie und Milchwirtschaft 114(5): 112-114

Influence of the parameters plateau time, trigger temperature for freezing process and plunger adjustment (of amplitude) on f.p. of milk and standard solution was determined using Cryostar II-LC equipment. Pasteurized milk, long-life milk, raw milk from the tanker or from single milkings and raw milk with varying additions of water were tested. Sample size was 2.5 ml, plateau time 50 s, trigger temperature -2.0 degrees C and plunger adjustment 13%.
